@ ISO 37001:2025 Overview
* ISO 37001:2025 specifies requirements and provides guidance for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and improving an anti-bribery management system (ABMS). It is applicable to all organizations—regardless of type, size, or sector—and is based on the High-Level Structure (HLS) for easy integration with other ISO standards like ISO 37301 and ISO 9001.

@ Key Highlights of ISO 37001:2025 Revision
1. Strengthened Anti-Bribery Culture
The new revision emphasizes fostering a culture of integrity and anti-bribery awareness across the organization. Leadership is expected to actively promote and demonstrate ethical conduct.
2. Stronger Leadership Role
The responsibilities of top management and governing body are more clearly defined:
* Ensure adequate resources
* Review system performance
* Set and enforce anti-bribery policy
3. Clarification of the Anti-Bribery Function
The role formerly known as “compliance function” is now referred to as the “anti-bribery function”, highlighting its independence, authority, and responsibilities.
4. Enhanced Risk-Based Approach & Due Diligence
* Organizations must conduct:
* Thorough bribery risk assessments
* Due diligence on business associates and transactions
* Tailored controls based on the nature and scale of the risks
