지써티 코스타리카를 대상으로 한 내부감사 및 현장심사가 마무리되었습니다. 이번 심사에서는 IAF MD 23 기준에 맞춰 심사원 자격 관리 체계, 인증 기록 관리 현황, 고객 응대 프로세스를 종합적으로 점검하였으며, 그 결과 본사의 품질경영시스템 요구사항에 부합하고 있음을 확인하였습니다. 앞으로도 정기적인 내부감사와 현장심사를 지속함으로써 전 세계 프랜차이즈 네트워크 전반의 인증 품질을 안정적으로 유지해 나가겠습니다. 또한 새로 개정된 ISO14001:2026버젼과 ISO19011:2026 에 대한 교육을 진행했습니다.

GCERTI Costa Rica Team has completed its internal audit and on-site assessment. In line with IAF MD 23 requirements, the review comprehensively examined the auditor qualification management system, certification record-keeping practices, and client service processes, confirming that operations meet the head office's quality management system standards. We will continue to conduct regular internal audits and on-site assessments to maintain consistent certification quality across our global franchise network. And we delivered ISO14001:2026 & ISO19011:2026 training.
